Around 250 people came out to celebrate the dedication of the Fox Demonstration Trail! It was a lively afternoon with entertainment from local band "The Planets." Following the dedication ceremony, eight teams of eight students from area schools competed in the first annual Abington Trails Relay Race. The three mile race included runners, bikers, roller bladers, skateboarders, stroller pushers and tricycle riders.
Competition was divided into two age groups, grades 4-6 and junior
high. Race results are as follows:
